Our Thanks to all the local organizations who support education and help the people of our community.

     The citizen in Lewiston are fortunate in having so many caring organizations within its city boundaries. These are a few of the many organizations which encourage and help children succeed in school. Many organizations do this with donations that range from a new playground to books, rulers, maps, and other school supplies. Even free summer camp for all 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th graders in the city of Lewiston from The Liberman Foundation! This is a wonderful experience for all children especially those of economically challenged families.

     A large amount of local citizens and organizations give the gift of time. Volunteers both young and old give the most precious gift of all to children, students, and the elderly. They share themselves with those who need conversation, encouragement, a helping hand, and friendship. To all these volunteers and all the local organizations who help us citizens, Thank You, for caring and sharing yourselves with the community of Lewiston.
